2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted with a service provider inside the EU. When pages are accessed, technically necessary access data is processed (IP address in shortened or briefly stored form, date and time, page requested, data volume, browser type). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website. This data is deleted automatically after a short period.
3. Contact form and email
If you use the contact form, I process your name, email address, the optional details you provide (business, payment model, package) and your message in order to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The details are stored in a database inside the EU and deleted after three years at the latest, unless statutory retention periods apply.
A spam check may be used to protect against automated abuse. Technical data is processed for this purpose; the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Customer, contract and invoice data
When you place an order, I process business and contact details, billing address, package, payment model and status, contract start date and internal notes to perform the contract and issue invoices. Customer bank details and SEPA mandate data are not stored in this application. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR. Invoice data is retained for the statutory periods.
Resend is used to send invoices and other business emails. This involves processing the recipient address, subject, sending time, message and, where applicable, attachments. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, appropriate safeguards under Articles 44 et seq. GDPR are used.
5. Cookies and tracking
This website uses no marketing or analytics cookies and no external fonts. Cloudflare Turnstile is loaded to protect forms from automated abuse. It may process technically necessary information such as the IP address, browser and device information, and the time of the check. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (protecting the website and its forms). Cloudflare may process data outside the EU using appropriate safeguards. Turnstile is used solely for security, not advertising or audience measurement.
6. Recipients
Your data is only passed to service providers required for hosting, database operation, form protection and email delivery, on the basis of appropriate processing terms or other lawful safeguards, and where I am legally obliged to do so.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in Hesse with the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
8. Personal data breaches
If we become aware of a personal data breach, we will assess the incident in accordance with applicable law and comply with any notification and communication obligations under Articles 33 and 34 GDPR to the extent they apply in the individual case. In particular, notifications or communications will be made where and to the extent the legal requirements for a reportable or notifiable breach are met.
