Separate the three types of cost
A professional website usually involves three kinds of cost: the initial build, ongoing technical operation and later changes. A fair comparison therefore looks beyond the first payment and considers what remains included afterwards.
Base Plan: a larger payment at the start
With the Base Plan, you pay the build price at the beginning. After that, only the monthly fee for hosting, updates, security and the agreed small changes continues. This model is straightforward and may suit you when the build budget is already available.
Flex Plan: split the build across three dates
With the Flex Plan, the build is not due in one payment. The agreed deposits are paid in months 0, 3 and 6. A higher monthly fee also applies during the first twelve months. From month 13, it falls to the normal care rate for the chosen package.
The Flex Plan is not a loan or credit agreement. It is an ongoing website subscription with hosting and care; the payments and included services are set out clearly in the proposal.
Ongoing care means more than hosting
The monthly fee does not cover storage alone. It includes technical operation, updates, security measures and small changes to existing pages. Examples include updated opening hours, contact details, images, prices or short copy corrections within the agreed allowance. New pages and larger features are quoted separately.
Ownership and a later buyout
Your content remains yours. During the subscription, AZNA Marketing operates the website. If you later want to take it over completely, a buyout is available. You then receive all website files and arrange hosting, operation and further development yourself. The buyout price and handover scope are agreed transparently.
Which model is the better fit?
The Base Plan may suit you if you want to pay for the build directly and keep the ongoing rate lower. The Flex Plan may suit you if you prefer three fixed deposit dates and can budget for a higher monthly fee in the first year. Neither model is universally better. The right choice depends on your available budget, required scope and how much technical responsibility you want to hand over.
